LEFT-OUT FOR ALL THE RIGHT REASONS
At Nine Yards, we believe that what we leave out is just as important as what we put in. Our formulas are clean, effective, and free from unnecessary—or harmful—ingredients. That means no sulfates, which strip away natural oils and leave hair dry and irritated. No parabens, which are linked to hormone disruption. No phthalates, often used to boost fragrance but associated with serious health risks, especially during pregnancy. We’ve also left out MIT and MCI—preservatives known to cause scalp irritation—as well as cyclic silicones, which can build up and come with unwanted side effects. And finally, no triclosan, a bacteria-killer with hormone-disrupting byproducts. What’s left out matters. That’s how we keep your hair healthy—and your conscience clear.
