Event Disclaimer

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• No refunds will be issued for tickets cancelled after February 5.

• Tickets are personal but may be transferred or resold. All transfers must be registered with the organiser prior to the event. The organiser reserves the right to set a deadline for name changes.

• The event program, speakers, content, and schedule are subject to change without prior notice. Such changes do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

• In the unlikely event that the event is cancelled by the organiser, the ticket price will be refunded. No additional compensation, including travel or accommodation costs, will be covered.

• The organiser is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during the event.

• By attending the event, you consent to photography and video recording that may be used for marketing, communication, and documentation purposes.

• The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or inappropriate.
